Perfect for a large group just outside of Birmingham

We brought a group of 12 teens for an event in Birmingham. It was great to have seperate floors for the girls and boys. They all said their beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our own meals (Walmart delivery available!) The neighborhood was great and a perfect distance from the event in Birmingham. The thermostat for AC and for heat both worked great (drastic weather change while we were there). We would love to stay here again.

BIRTHDAY #63

The property was better than I expected; my Family was VERY IMPRESSED I was satisfied with EVERYTHING about the property; unfortunately, there was NO COMMUNICATION with the property manager. I sent 3 or 4 text messages with pictures of things that I didn't want to be blamed for, but I never got any responses. Nevertheless, I would DEFINITELY recommend this property!

Terrible experience

House was beautiful! But we got there and the water bill had not been paid. We had already unpacked and put things away. Then as we started trying to get water, it wouldn't work. It was Friday evening and the water company would not come out and take off the lock because it wasn't an emergency. We had to go to a hotel and get 3 rooms. Not an ideal experience. Evolve gave us all our money back, but it was just an unpleasant experience. We had our elderly parents with us. Left a bad taste in my mouth for VRBO.

Outstanding Owner

My family and I stayed here for our daughter's graduation and we absolutely loved the house. The house was not as clean as we would have liked it, but spoke with the owner and she had just changed to a new cleaning company and had no idea as to their lack of detail. She was very apologetic and even offered some money back. I really appreciated how accommodating and sweet she was. She was easy to get in touch with and other than the cleaning issue, the house was perfect. It allowed for our entire family to be together and enjoy the time we had with each other. I will be renting this house again when we are in town. Thank you Sherry!!!

Great place

Great property, plenty of room for everyone. Lots of bedrooms and beds, just take your pick. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, we felt very safe with our children there. Keyless entry did need a new battery for use. But the property manager was very nice and responded quickly to help us out!!

Pretty but issues….

I was very disappointed with the multitude of bugs we had to kill in the house…. The upstairs air was HOT the last night except for the master bedroom. It was so hot! I think something went wrong with the air because night before it wasn’t. The fire alarm beeped all night long downstairs and we were told to take batteries out instead of someone fixing. I’m sorry that’s not my responsibility It was pretty but I don’t think I’ll refer anyone here

The pictures of this home didn't give it justice! This home is well kept, very spacious, and has all of the aminities you can think of! Vickie was extremely professional and responded promptly whenever I had questions. I would definitely recommend this home!!!

Graduation weekend for Bama

IMMACULATE, spacious house near Tuscaloosa which was perfect for our extended family to attend our daughter’s graduation. The pictures do NOT do it justice. BRAND new mattresses and furnishings throughout the home. The house is stocked with all the basics you’ll need. There was even a magnifying makeup mirror in the master bathroom and a full length mirror in the master bedroom. Fluffy white towels for every bathroom. My in-laws loved coffee on the screened-in upper deck each morning. We were so impressed with the super easy check-in and the responsiveness of the owner. Vickie was a true pleasure to work with on our trip. Our 4 children are all adults and the 7 bedrooms gave everyone their private space. The large living areas were great for a large group of our size. The basement with pool table was our FAVORITE space and we spent every evening in the basement. This house has ample parking for large groups. It is located so close to Tuscaloosa or Birmingham for meals and activities. We lucked up on this gem of a place to stay and will certainly stay there again! Perfect for football weekends with a big crowd.

Great House and Great Stay!

Our group was in town for a basketball tournament and this was the perfect house. So much room, easy drive to the sports complex, and everyone was able to spread out and enjoy themselves. The host, Vickie, was so nice and communicative. Will stay here for sure the next time we are in town!
