Welcome to The Lodge at Alexander Estate! This incredible home is over 4300 square feet of family focused fun nestled on a two-acre forested lot in McCall, Idaho. This stunning property offers a tranquil escape with nature trails that encircle the entire area. Guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of the surrounding woods as they explore these scenic paths or for those who enjoy more outdoor activities, games like Cornhole and Kan Jam will guarantee endless fun. If you fancy a unique challenge, the five-hole frisbee golf course that weaves through the trees will provide an exciting experience for players of all skill levels.

With ample parking for four vehicles, our spacious lot easily accommodates vehicles of all sizes, including boats, jet ski trailers, or snowmobile trailers. Plus, there is the added convenience of being near the Bear Basin connector trail, perfect for longer walks or bike rides. **Please note that all vehicles and trailers must be in the property's driveway to park or turn around - guests may not use the road to the house to turn around or park. Use of the road outside of the fence to the property is strictly prohibited other than ingress and egress to the property.

Within walking distance, you'll find the mouthwatering flavors of Pueblo Lindo, a fantastic Mexican restaurant that will surely delight your taste buds. Enjoy the convenience of amazing cuisine just steps from your front door.

The property sleeps up to 10 guests max (there are no exceptions due to the city of McCall's local ordinance) - You will find 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and lounging areas on each level of the home. There are 2 king beds, 6 queen beds, 1 twin/twin bunk bed, and 1 single twin bed. To top it all off, the mattresses are high-quality memory foam, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep for everyone in the party.

This home has exterior cameras that record motion and sound. Camera locations/views are: Parking Area/North corner, South entrance, Garden Level entrance/parking area, Front Gate/driveway.

Four vehicles allowed. There is no garage parking for guests. ​​​​​​​In Winter, no parking in front of garage to protect guests from falling snow that may shed off of the roof.

**Please note that all vehicles and trailers must be in the property's driveway to park or turn around - guests may not use the road to the house to turn around or park. Use of the road outside of the fence to the property is strictly prohibited other than ingress and egress to the property.

Riding off-road vehicles or snowmobiles on the property is not allowed.

No Pets. No parties. No smoking. No events. No camping. No fireworks.

Fire pit cover must on fire pit when not in use.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

NO parties are allowed at this property.

Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Parking Rules:
Failure to follow the rules can lead to your vehicle being towed at your expense. DoneRight Management and the property owner are not responsible for any adverse events that may arise from failing to abide by the rules.
- The road to this property is a private lane as well as an easement across private property of three other residences. In light of this, the driveway must be treated like private property, not as a public roadway. Going to or from the house by car, foot or bike is allowed, but please observe the below rules:
-- Do not park or turn vehicles around anywhere outside the gate of The Lodge at Alexander Estate.
-- If guests have a trailer/s, please plan ahead and arrange any other vehicles in a way that allows your trailer to be turned around in the driveway to the property and do NOT use the road to the property as a way to rearrange vehicles.
-- Do not loiter, play, ride bikes, etc. anywhere other than on the property of The Lodge at Alexander Estate.
-- Do not ride ATVs, snowmobiles, motocross/dirt bikes, or any other trailered recreational vehicle on the property or on the road to the property. All these vehicles must arrive and depart the property on a trailer.
-- All guest vehicles and trailers must be parked inside the gate to The Lodge at Alexander Estate.
-- Do not travel over 5MPH on the road to the property. This helps keep dust to a minimum.
-- Remember, the road to The Lodge at Alexander Estate is an ingress/egress easement over private property for other residences. Please treat it with the utmost respect and care.

DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.

Very large and private home for a multi night stay with friends and family! The game room was a big hit, bedrooms and baths were very nice, kitchen was extremely well stocked, all guests (10) were very impressed with the property. Would book again in the future!
