"This is our third time staying here. The check in process is extremely simple, the host is remarkably available and quick to respond, and guests truly hold up their end of the bargain on “leaving no trace” upon leaving. There are items to borrow and items to buy in a cabinet/shelter which is on the honor system. I really appreciated the host allowing us to pay for firewood at the end of the stay so we wouldn’t have to make multiple payments- it made it extremely easy. We’re already planning...

"Close to shopping and Hocking Hills state park. The cabin was cozy and in a quiet, secluded area and perfect for two. The driveway was a little rough and rutted out at the top if the hill. I would recommend 4 wheel drive in the winter. Great hot tub and enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. They do state firewood provided but it is $8 a bundle (seems a little high). The bed is a little hard and could use a new mattress pad and pillows are flat but the livingroom furniture was comfortable. No wifi...

"The hot tub was nice and clean and the property was very quiet... aside from the neighbors dogs barking a lot, but we are all animal lovers and it didn't bother us. There were 12 of us that stayed and plenty of space for us all to be together or go to a room to have some privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for several to be cooking and preparing meals. The tables on the deck were wonderful and the firepit area was simply perfect. There is no bathroom in the basement...

"The cabin was spacious but cozy, and it was a private get away that allowed our family to have a nice relaxing week. We enjoyed the hot tub, having a fire outside and playing games together. The covered pool was a hit with the kids every day we were there. We also enjoyed the short drive to Hocking hills to do some hocking and to do some fishing. The kitchen is well stocked which allowed us to have family meals together. Communication with Ryan was amazing and we had a last minute change that...
