"This condo was very disappointing. When we arrived at the security gate they did not have any information about our check in. We had to wait for the owners to be called. I also had to call to find out the unit number. Luckily the keypad code for the door was sent earlier and we were able to get in. Check in is at 4pm and I received all check in information that day at 5:30pm. It felt like the owners forgot we were checking in. The first issue we had was that there were ants everywhere...

"We had a wonderful 3 day stay at the condo to attend a wedding. The condo was just as stated on the website, clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, many amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were great and the grounds were beautiful. We took a ride up the gondola and had amazing views. There was a little confusion with the parking and swimming pass as no one was overseeing the parking garage or pool. We sorted it out quickly. Our hosts communication was outstanding. He was extremely responsive...
