"Parking was confusing, multiple codes to enter the unit, the unit could use a little TLC. The community was lovely and the skiing was great. "

"We came to the Glenwood Springs area with our boys for Spring Break 2025. The house is very well equipped with all the amenities a family would look for. There was plenty of space for our family of 6! We enjoyed the hot tub and the river view. Gordon and his team are very informative about local activities and their communication during the stay was awesome. I would absolutely book this home again. "

"The property was great for three adults since it has three bedrooms with queen or larger beds. Townhouse is very user friendly, and is a quick drive to downtown Edwards, which has plenty of restaurants and shops. Within easy driving distance of a few great ski resorts. Was a great home base location for our ski trip at a reasonable price."

"The first time went much better! I’m not sure if we will rent this property again. I couldn’t get any communication from host when I asked for a late checkout, weeks before our stay. The front door lock does NOT work and you have to walk up the stairs by the deck and go in that door. The master bath ceiling started leaking once it started snowing, looks like it’s been an issue for a bit. At 10AM the morning of our departure, a man came out to look at hot tub & remarked “foul”. "In short, this place is amazing. Theres so much room to bring large groups, it makes the affordability outstanding. If you're looking for a mountain lodge just outside of town for large family or friend groups, this has it all. Every room was equipped with its own bathroom. The kitchen is massive and theres ping pong and shuffleboard for kids and adults. Two large hot tubs sit out back and the surroundings are nice and quiet. "The house is fantastic with amazing views. It is a little way from Steamboat we drove in so this was not a problem. We all enjoyed the large hot tub. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The primary bed is very tall and requires step stool. The kitchen is well stocked and well laid out. We did take a Keurig and Nespresso. The game room was very nice for the teens. We did have trouble with the fireplace in the TV room. You must use the firestarters and there were not left for us. Once...

"We stayed the last week of October at the property. It was perfect for our family. Short 15 minute drive from Kremmling and just minutes away from National Forest. Tons of wildlife around the property from deer to pronghorn. Very cozy house, especially during an all day winter storm. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!"

"Would highly recommend!! The views were absolutely amazing!!!! Very private quiet area! The owners were extremely accomodating with us and our arrival time with such a late flight!!! Everything you need at the house!! Cute town down the road for groceries. Lots of space!! The area was centrally located to so many areas that we wanted to visit for our trip. "Melinda's place perfectionated our week long ski trip with our old family friends. Weather was perfect and the scenary from the bay window by a fireplace was serene and made us feel at home. Everything was well appointed and a big waterfall kitchen island and a dining table made our gatherings even more enjoyable. Nice and quiet neighbor and we saw whitetail deer families as well in the neighbor. We are coming back Thank you!!!"
