"I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport"

"There were dust on the desk, bathroom and toilet were not cleaned, hotwater only came occassionally for shower. Only one towel for a couple. Kitchen is dirty. There are cockroach crawling allover the kitchen. Better clean your utensils before eating. The hotel didn't even have credit card charging machine. Watch out the owner will try to charge you 3% extra for using credit cards which is not on the Hotel.com statement. Don't have the hotel arrange your Safari trip. I thought he ordered from...
