  • With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 4,000 sq ft at this beautiful private residence recently renovated will be more than enough room for everyone you are traveling with. The property has amazing ocean views throughout and there is a balcony, terrace, and garden area for enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need for cooking. Large dining room table that seats 8 plus 3 additional seats at the kitchen island. Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, a bar area, and access to the balcony. The home features 2 primary bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are 3 workstations throughout the property and internet is provided. Light maid service is included in your rental price and is for Monday-Friday. All towels, linens, and pillows are provided. The property is just steps to the Malecon which is the ocean boardwalk. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance as is downtown.

Beautiful home

Our stay at this home was beautiful and we each enjoyed ourselves very much. Not only was the house well taken care of, but the service we received was beyond generous.

Clean/Spacious

Home was beautiful and clean, it was a good location for us. I just wished someone had been there before us to turn the a/c on at arrival. Other than that it was a great place to stay, I would definitely book again.

Great place to stay

Absolutely perfect place to stay!! The property was better than advertised, it was spacious and felt luxurious. The included housekeeping kept the place looking great during our stay. The location is perfect, it's right near the Malecon(beach) and a lot of great restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The kitchen came fully equipped with utensils needed to cook all of our meals. This was our first VRBO stay and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Mazatlan Property

This house is better than advertised. We loved it for our large group of 9. Beautiful house - comfortable beds-bathrooms and living areas. We had an issue with water and it was addressed immediately. Cold ACs in all rooms- Wi-Fi and smart tvs all worked. House keepers helpful and friendly. On the Malecón but quiet due to position of house.

Beautiful House excellent place to spend a magnificent stay

Comfortable house with everything you need to spend an incredible vacation, a clean, spacious house, a beautiful house with an excellent location, we just crossed the street and walked along the Malecón de Mazathan. My family and I went to celebrate my birthday and it was a wonderful birthday. Karla and her sister are in charge of cleaning they are responsible they always kept the house clean they are very kind people Karla always kept an eye on us. If you are going to spend a vacation in Mazathan, I recommend renting this vacation home. Steve and Rodrigo are excellent hosts. Thank you Steve for renting your beautiful home.
