"We had a fantastic stay! We were visiting my son, his wife and brand new grandson. We had family coming and going and the house worked well for us. Cozy living room to enjoy chats, watch television and watch the storm outside. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room so that we could spread out and not feel cramped. Air conditioner worked fabulously! We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and had what we needed. I would definitely return and rent this house again."

There’s a bedroom downstairs that’s mostly fine, but the sleeping arrangements for the other eight upstairs are a very tight attic without separate rooms. There’s one bathroom and the water pressure is subpar. The outside of the building is pretty rundown. Everything worked. And communication was good. Great parking behind the unit. The AC worked fine."

I am a new wheelchair user and this was my first vacation in two years so I was initially disappointed that there was a step down from the house to the large deck. My brother-in-law ended up driving back home to pick up a portable ramp that I use when I visit his house.
