"The ac filter needed cleaned badly so we pulled it out so the ac would work better. The entire unit needed cleaned as it was keaving a musty smell in the room."

"Shopping nearby and restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was great. Staff was nice. I would vacation here again."

"This was just as the pictures. Kitchen was very well equipped and the back porch area was where we spend most of our time. Would stay here again."

Waterworks come to relax
"The house was so clean, fully stocked, furnished well with 2 extra mattresses as needed. There were games and dvds for entertainment. The property was well maintained. The host was responsive and communicative for all questions. Would highly recommend! Close to The Ark and some local attractions ..."

JC’s Cottage is less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter!
"What a nice, clean, lovely home. Right off Main Street for walkability, 5 minutes to the Ark. Right off I-75 . 2 comfortable bedrooms, bathroom right next. Lovely livingroom and kitchen.. windows galore for sunlight. We are two senior couples stayed here 4 nights… enjoyed every minute. Owners were ..."
