"The cabin was exceptional inside and out. We plan to stay there again next year. Leona was the best hostess you could ask for. She helped in every way she could. Right behind the cabin is a stream. At night you could the stream. It's a perfect cabin for a couple. ."

"Easy check-in and checkout process, staff was friendly in all interactions. Nice spot overall."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The location was our favorite part it was off the main road and right by a river. We sat on the porch in the evening and listened to the water rush by and in the morning we sat on the wood chairs on the lawn by the bank."

"We loved staying at your condo in Salida. It was so clean and so beautifully furnished and decorated. We were very comfortable there and it’s location to everything in Salida was so nice. We walked everywhere and didn’t need a car. "

"We stayed during FIBArt and enjoyed the proximity to the festivities. The place was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was a good communicator. Definitely recommend. "

"We so enjoyed the river, views, fishing, hammocks and lawn at River Haven that, other than a few planned activities, we spent most of our time there. The deck and hot tub were great. We had nice summer weather and the A/C was good. The window fan was all we needed to cool the guest house. Enjoyed croquet, cornhole and other games provided. Also brought our own hummingbird feeders and drew in so many we hated taking them down. Maybe the owners will leave some for future guests... so easy to make...

"Great location and plenty of room. But what impressed me the most was the integrity of the team overseeing this property. I inadvertently left my wedding bands behind (they had gotten pushed out of sight) and I didn’t realize it until we were some hours away. I panicked but each person I spoke to was so reassuring. And sure enough the cleaning team found my jewelry and later I received instructions for how to handle the return delivery. I am so grateful! "

"You can't go wrong at Frontside Hacienda! It's so comfortable, right by town and the river, and has a hot tub to warm up after playing in the river!! You will love this place."

"Spacious. Nice large windows let in cheerful light and the views. Very clean! Kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you might need. Hot tub very clean. Worked out great for our summer stay. Caleb is very responsive and accommodating! We would return in the future."

"This house is perfectly situated, in that it’s a very short walk to the river and downtown and it has a cute front porch and backyard for hanging outside. The beds were very comfortable and the four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"House was beautiful and spacious. Neighborhood was heavenly. I arranged the house to try and connect with family during my mother's funeral weekend. Property manager was a nightmare to communicate with.Check-in was not the best. I did arrive late at around 9 p.m.. The property manager forced four adults and one child to sleep in two rooms. In fact, two of the guests were elderly cousins of mine, and it was not conducive for them to not have their own beds. He accused me of lying about the guests...
