"We enjoyed this cabin immensely for our long ski weekend. It was so cozy and the fire a-blazing made for an incredibly warm and relaxing atmosphere. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to allow us to prep our dinners and breakfasts. The proximity to Monarch, Salida, and the river were ideal. The host, Charles, was attentive and friendly. We will be back!!"

"Step out the door and you are in the middle of it all. Turn right and head toward S Mountain (awesome trails for hiking or biking), the Arkansas River (watch the rafters and surfers then take a stroll along the path, awesome shopping and restaurants. Turn immediately left for coffee and yoga!!! There is a Natural Grocer right across the street- so handy!The condo was small but well appointed. Our only complaint was not being warned about the stairs to the loft bedroom. The stairs were steep,...

"Location was very convenient to plenty of daily activates. Start the morning fishing in the back yard with ample room to practice your fly casting and catch fish. 30 mins or less a variety of hiking trails or other fishing locations. Raft trips are next door or drive 15 mins up river and drop in at Buena Vista and float back to the house in 30 mins. Lots of outdoor room to just relax and watch the river and birds on the back deck. We will be back."

"The perfect property, location and hosts. Pinon Property was responsive to our questions and needs and made sure we had the best time. Special gifts, informative notes and little touches made this even more memorable at Cliffs & Stream. We can’t wait to stay here again and hope to visit other properties of theirs as well. "

"Clean and nicely designed space. Grocery store one block and access to downtown Salida perfect. Dog friendly, but no yard or grass close by. Dedicated parking too small for our vehicle and unable to use.Great space!"
