"We were infested by mayflies inside, had to leave after second day of 4 day stay...trying to get partial refund. rotten wood on bottom of door open to outside. trash in yard, filthy dishes in kitchen, fish hooks in carpet. didn't know it was upstairs only until day before we got there, which was difficult for my wife. I doubt this place would pass an inspection!"

"The house was exactly as advertised. It is an older home. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Pete was very easy to communicate with. We had an issue with one of the toilets. He replied literally minutes within my request to have it looked at and had it fixed the next day. Very pleasant stay."

"This was a perfect place for a relaxing "girl's" weekend - we've been friends for over five decades and are from different parts of the country so this was a perfect place to catch up. We took advantage of the spectacular river views from the deck on a daily basis. It was too warm for the hot tub, but maybe next time..."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandkids all slept camp out style in the family room in the basement. Beautiful home! Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants. The only thing i would bring up is the ants in the back yard and front of the house. "
