Our Apart Grünhaus is located in the idyllic mountaineering village of Ginzling and is an ideal starting point for a leisurely toboggan ride, fun on the slopes on over 135 kilometers of slopes, countless excursions, tours and mountain hikes. Whether summer or winter, there is guaranteed something for everyone. Take a deep breath and feel the fresh nature with us in the Zillertal. Bus stop in front of the house with the connection to the ski region Mayrhofen / Finkenberg etc.

Our Apart Grünhaus is ideal for 2 to max. 4 people. The apartment has two comfort rooms, each with a separate bathroom incl. Shower / toilet and towel dryer, as well as a newly furnished kitchen incl. TV-SAT, electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle u. Dishwasher. Ski parking, drying room including ski boot dryer, and a separate storage room / cloakroom are also available. 2 parking spaces, free WiFi, towels, bed linen ...

Dear guest, the rental prices shown are for 2 people. If 2 people are arriving - we assume that you will be able to cope with a double bed comfort room. Do you also need the second one - please inquire in advance. Thank you.

Ginzling - unlike some of the nearby towns - remains an authentic, likeable and calm village. It's a fabulous base for walking the zillertarel alps. We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley. Gerda and Kurt are fabulous, helpful and welcoming hosts. Can honestly say in many years of self-catering in Europe, I've never met such attentive hosts. The apartment is well-equipped and the bedrooms are excellent. The village has a nice bar and a hotel / restaurant...but no shop.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super schick und bestens ausgestattet. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Gastgeberin ist ein wahrer Engel und hat uns zusätzlich mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir wurden mit Kuchen verwöhnt. Selbst Zeitungspapier zum trocknen der Schuhe und Sekundenkleber wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch wenn wir nicht, wie angepriesen, 2 Schlafzimmer hatten, war alles perfekt. Die Wäsche wurde uns gewaschen und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.

Die zwei Besitzer sind super herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr heimelig. Man kommt an und fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Alles neu und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Auch wir sind in den Genuss eines Kuchen gekommen. Boulder und Klettergebiet direkt vor der Haustür. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und eine top Adresse. Empfehlenswert.

Appartement staat in heerlihk en rustig gedeelte van het Zillertal. Indeling appartement is bijzonder, maar voldoet prima. De gastheer en gastvrouw,zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Wij hebben een top weekend gehad.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in toller Lage im Zillertal. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den beiden Gastgebern aufgenommen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und die Gastgeber sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad und Dusche. In einem Schlafzimmer ist ein TV vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und ließ nichts vermissen. Auch hier ist ein Fernseher vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Vorraum für Schuhe, Gepäck und Jacken, sowie einen Ski - und Trockenraum. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine kleine Terasse und die Möglichkeit in einer geschützten Blockhütte im Schatten zu sitzen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem Bach. Im Ort selber, gibt es ein Restaurant, welches gut war, aber nur wenig Wahlmöglichkeiten bietet, ein Cafe und das Naturparkhaus. Die Bushaltestelle für Schlegeis und Mayrhofen sind quasi direkt vor der Tür. Ein Brötchenservice wird angeboten.

Super nette Vermieter. Wunderschöne Gegend. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Und wenn tatsächlich einem was fehlen sollte, wird einem sofort geholfen. Wir haben zwei Zimmer bekommen, man kann aber auch nur ein Zimmer buchen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wunderbar kuschelig warm, Möglichkeit, nasse Sachen zu trocknen, tolle Küche, tolles Bad, warmes Wasser. Wunderbare Gegend mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten. Bergsteigerdorf. Jederzeit gerne wieder :-)

Die Unterkunft ist wie online beschrieben, alles ist tip top sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist der Wahnsinn! Man hat die komplette Souterrain-Wohnung (2 große Zimmer mit je einem Bad) für sich, inklusive Heizraum für nasse Skiklamotten und Skischuhe sowie eine tolle Wohnküche. Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig herzlich und zu jederzeit um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht, sei es durch die Organisation des Brötchenservice fürs Frühstück, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie selbstgebackener Kuchen oder für Tipps rund um das schöne Zillertal. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!
