  • Holidays in the Gredler house promise you relaxation and cosiness. The house captivates with a wonderfully quiet location on the edge of the forest. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes' walk to the center of Mayrhofen and the Ahorn and Penken cable cars. Our house has been renovated and so there are 2 modern apartments available. You spend your best days of the year here in every season. The Zillertal and the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday region offer an infinite number of activities. But also the peace and solitude on the mountain are within reach from our house. There is a spacious parking lot in front of the house. Our house also has a ski room with boot heating. The apartment is on the top floor with a balcony with a view of Mayrhofen. It is ideal for 2 people.

Jederzeit wieder

Die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam. Insgesamt hat es uns so gut gefallen, das wir im Februar 2024 in der Wintersaison wiederkommen. Wir bewerten die Wohnung und die Gastgeber mit 5 Sterne plus.

Great apartment

Very clean and very welcoming hosts. Great apartment, ideal for 2. Previous reviewers times to walk to and from Penken lift was accurate. Taxi back often a good option.

Heel fijn appartement, zeer vriendelijke eigenaren

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad. Het appartement is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met de eigenaresse was prettig. Het ligt wel een eindje uit Mayrhofen centrum, dus als je het prima vindt om elke dag een stuk te lopen, zou ik wel aanraden ruim van tevoren een skilocker te huren. Als je graag middenin het dorp zit, is dit wel wat ver weg.

Mountain virws

We had an amazing week skiing in Mayrhofen. Pistes are extensive. The apartment was very spacious for 2 and well equipped. Very clean and well maintained. Amazing views from the balcony overlooking town and mountains in all directions.Lovely 10-15 minute walk down the mountain to Ahorn and Penken lifts. Strenuous walk back uphill after a day skiing, unfortunately not on ski bus route

Ideal

Sehr angenehme warme und komfortable Wohnung, dass zweite mal waren wir schon hier und es hat uns schon wieder gefallen! Die Wohnung hat alles war man brauch! Skilift ist etwa 10min ,,berg ab“ zu erreichen oder 5 min zur ersten Piste um ein kleines Stück weg zu sparen! Zurück ist das ideal um zur Wohnung zu gelangen, kurz vor ende der piste abzusteigen und kurzes Stück berg ab. Sehr nette Hausbesitzer!!! Schönen Ausblick auf mayrhofen und die Berge. Wir kommen auf jeden fall bald mal wieder! Empfehlenswert!

Ferienwohnung Haus Gredler Mayrhofen

Die Wohnung liegt ein wenig abseits der Stadt und Mayrhofen ist in 10 min fußläufig erreichbar. Man muss allerdings über eine gute Kondition verfügen, da die Wohnung oberhalb eines Berges liegt und wenn man das Auto nutzen möchte, muss man sich auf eine sehr schmale Zufahrtsstraße einstellen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wirtsleute wohnen mit im Haus und sind sehr nett. Schwierig war für mich nur das enge Bad. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Vielen Dank.

Snow holiday get away

This was our first time in Mayrhofen for a ski trip. The accomodation was perfect had everything we needed. Ingrid and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The walk to the main gondala was about 12 minutes downhill which was easy. The walk back up to the accomodation takes about 15 minutes as it’s quite a steep and long incline, however, taxis are readily available and only €12. It was nice to have a kitchen and be able to cook your own meals. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only improvements would be to provide more basics like tongs in the kitchen and hand soap in the bathroom. We had a lovely stay and would return.

Perfect Apartment

Very pleased with House Gredler. The apartment was as good as the photos made it look and perfect for the two of us. Everything we needed was included and Ingrid and Hansjorg were great hosts - helpful without being intrusive - perfect. We were there for two weeks and the bins were regularly emptied and towels changed. They also have a heated and secure ski/boot room - warm and dry boots every morning :-) Location was fine for us as we had a car (easy parking right in front of the apartment) which we used everyday as we skied the whole valley - a good tip if you're a high mileage skier visiting the valley for the first time. It is up a hill however so a bit of a walk to the local ski lifts and/or skibus but doable - we headed into town most evenings - the walk was a great leg loosener after a days skiing. Overall, highly recommend, and we'll use when we return in future years.

Perfekt für einen Ski-Snowboard Urlaub

Sehr schöne angenehme warme Wohnung in guter Ruhigen Lage Es sind ca. 7min zur Piste sowie zurück… Zu Fuß zu den Bergbahnen sind es ca. 12 min aber es geht berg ab. Zurück kommt man ganz gut wenn man die Piste runter kommt und kurz vor her einen Stop macht um sich den weg hoch zu sparten. Für uns war es echt einfach und man war so gut wie alleine auf der Piste! Sehr nette Hausbesitzer, würden auf jeden fall wieder kommen und auch nichts anderes suchen, da die Wohnung alles hatte was man brauch! Perfekte Lage!!! Sauber!!! Warm!!! Ruhig!!! Guten Anbindung an die Piste!!! Unkompliziert!!!
