"The hotel is nice, newly renovated. It’s a bit difficult to find, especially at night. My biggest complaint is that there was never anyone at the front desk. I arrived at 9 PM and waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The next morning, when I want to check out, no one was there. When they showed up, they were helpful and nice, but lack of staffing at the desk is problematic."

"It was fine for the price, the bathroom smelled of urine though and although the room looked ok, the refrigerator was not clean on the inside and the bathroom needed some work beyond the smell. The cooling unit was old as well. The grounds are well kept and they seem to have Solar energy which was cool. Would I stay again, probably not, but it absolutely did the job for the price"

"The room was large and functional. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area had plenty of tables. Also, parking was no problem and the staff was very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant hotel."

"no staff at all on site, left my room key in a envelope by the front door. bed was saggy, air conditioner was a window unit in the bathroom so the bedroom was hot. Bed and Breakfast, but all that was offered for breakfast was do it yourself, In your room, oatmeal, but there were no bowls. lawn was overgrown not at all inviting. very wierd and kinda creepy. No horses at the inn at horse farm, might think about renaming"

"I like the convenience of the property; it's where I usually choose to stay. It's located right off 495 and pretty close to I-90; central to a lot of fun stuff."

"Booking through Expedia did not offer the same customer service friendly staff as you would booking directly with the hotel. Once the check in issue was resolved, my stay was good. Breakfast buffet was a highlight for our family needs. Would recommend!"

"Mostly nice, although we did notice a small stain on the comforter during the last night. I also wish they would provide complimentary water bottles in the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"Booked a room and paid upfront for a 2 queens room. When I arrived to check in, they did not have the room. Did not want to give me a refund or a discount for a 1 king room. Terrible customer service."

"It was terrible, got there gave the wrong room then switched. Got to the room and there was garbage from previous guest and bed looked like it was just folded over Sheets weren’t tucked in. Went to front desk and only had one room available left which is full bed and not a queen I paid for. Got to room, there’s toilet paper stuck against the sink corner, it was dusty and disgusting. Staff said they would compensate me but lied and ignored and never responded as per Expedia. It was terrible...

"Clean and comfortable room. One front desk concierge was very helpful and addressed issues happily. Other front desk concierge was not happy or helpful. Plenty of free parking."

"First room assigned to me wreaked of cigarettes smoke. When I told the front desk, they moved me to a new room immediately. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. Good bedding and AC and I slept great there for 4 nights, a long weekend. The breakfast was great, hot and varied every day. There was plenty of parking close to the front lobby. My only complaint was that the coffee was terrible. But no problem because there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. 😁"
