"The property has a lot of potential its small but comfortable and very well located. My main problem with it was the two AC units were damage. One of them had a horrible noise which render one of room useless and the other keep turning on/off every 15-20min. One of the couple who were supposed to stay had to leave. It was not a great stay, but if they decided to invest in new equipment the apartment will be a great option. "

"Apartamento 207 estaba ocupado, así que nos ubicaron en 206. Falta de limpieza urgente. Baño en pésimas condiciones. Calentador de ducha nunca calentó. Area de sala comedor imposible por el calor, no cuenta con ningun tipo de ventilación o abanicos. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay!"

"Loved the location and plenty of room in house. Beach was perfect and loved having walkable restaurants nearby. We enjoyed downtown Rincon as well! Convenient to have board rentals right next door. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise! "

"This was hands down 100% the BEST property ever! Our hosts were extremely responsive and the property itself is quite literally paradise! We cannot wait to rebook - we wont even look for a different rental. Perfect for all of our family members older teens and youngest 11yo and us adults. ¡Que bueno!"

"Tony was wonderful. Very attentive and knowledgable. He was a great guide as well. The location was close to everything . Walkable to a few locations. Close to the beaches and he referred us to wonderful beaches that weren’t so congested with tourists. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed and if we needed anything else Tony would accommodate. There’s extra things in rooms to play and hang out as well as nice seats and tables to hang outside "

"We loved our stay at Casa Del Mar! Clean, super comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The beach was amazing and we often had it to ourselves. Since we were there I'm the July heat, we were grateful for the AC. Highly recommend! Perfect accommodations for our family vacation."

"Always stayed in San Juan. The West is the Best. Stu was super easy to work with and had great restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend 413 Scuba/Snorkeling. Kohl was knowledgeable and safety first. Saw so many fish! The beach by the house has much better sand and surf compared to Dome, Steps, Lighthouse. Very enjoyable and beautiful sunsets. No more big hotels in San Juan. A plus stay. "
