"This was so bad we didn't even stay. It felt unsafe and smelled weird and there was cleaning supplies left in the hall ways. It was not at all what was advertised, it was worth losing the money to stay someplace else."

"The place is clean and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of Berkeley downtown. The surrounding area is nice and one can take a convenient bus to the university. However, the hotel wing where I slept was rather dated. If you expect a shiny new hotel, this place could use some updates. It is clean but everything is quite old."

"We appreciated the quick grab breakfast options (hot breakfast options available for those with later flights) before hitting the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and takes less than five minutes door-to-door. We were leaving our car and appreciated the gates well lit parking lot."

"clean and in a good spot. Felt very safe. A lot of the stuff is new and seems like it’s ikea furniture so I’m not sure how long it will last but looks great. Whoever redid the motel took some shortcuts when redoing it (the grouting, bathroom sink wobbles, bathroom door didn’t latch when you shut it) but all and all it was very nice and definitely recommend staying again."

"The bedding was horrible. The balcony given was not a view it was looking at the top of another building. When we checked in water was given but no s’mores or other treats were given. The staff did not inform us of the amenities and the restaurants on site. I would not stay again because of the bedding. Mattress felt like a rock."

"The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!"
