"This was the second time staying at College Town. It is a great location and very convenient to downtown and stadium. A short Uber ride!! Also super convenient to Publix (for groceries) and Dunkin Donuts (for breakfast and coffee). The unit was very neat and clean. We stayed on a football weekend and the only drawback was loud music playing next door the night of the game. It was really loud from 1:30-3:00 am. But I expect that in a college town on game day. We really like this unit and...

"Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it."

"Great location for anything at UGA! Quiet and secure! We felt safe and comfortable were able to walk to the stadium and downtown easily. The hosts were extremely hospitable and helpful! "

"Only 15 minutes from Athens. We stayed after a late UGA game and was so easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed for a quick get away. Would have been easy to cook our own meals if we needed to. Large refrigerator! Host was easy to reach with questions. "

"I had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Mary was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything for a smooth check-in and stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Athens area and would love to stay here again in the future!"

"The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house."

"Our stay at the farm was absolutely perfect! The pool and outdoor space was exactly what we were looking for to relax and enjoy our time visiting family. Thank you Beverly for being such a gracious host!"

"We were in the Athens to have the memorial service for my husband. Our family was able to comfortably stay at the Wexford place and have ample space and showers!! The location is ideal - close to just about anything you need in the Athens area. Such a grand, comfortable place. Teenagers loved playing football in the backyard and even took advantage of the warm temps to enjoy swimming in the pool."
