"Cozy, clean and quiet. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. Clear sandy bottom and shallow along the shoreline. We enjoyed kayaking and even caught a few sunnies! We made most of our meals at the cabin but did venture out to Riley's Cannibal Junction for a couple of awesome burgers and a quick stop at Hayslips Corner just down the road. "This little slice of heaven was perfect for our two little families. The water was clear and great for swimming (was a little mucky right off the dock, but if u want out a bit it was firmer). The big bock was a plus for the kiddos and we didn’t have to worry about them slipping. We enjoyed our time!"

"Great location, cabin was very clean and fairly spacious. There's no ac but having windows open and using block fans made it work well. There were tons of bugs around, but that's to be expected. Would definitely come back!"

"Came for a fishing trip and this is a great location...centrally located to all the big lakes we wanted to fish."

"As you get closer to the cabin the forest gets more dense.Look up at the lush canopy that surrounds you.Suddenly it’s quiet and the noise of the outside world is gone.The cabin has a short steep driveway off a quiet dirt road.It feels very private.The large fire pit(great for fire cooking)is surrounded by tall trees & moss covered ground.Bring your phone and go on a mushroom hunt around the property.The bathroom is the fanciest outhouse you will find. "Perfect location for those looking to xx ski and fish. Miles of groomed trails nearby and unlimited back country skiing via the lake and Chippewa National Forest. We loved how quiet the lake was. No human activity other than our group. The dogs had a blast exploring the national forest and its critters. Fishing was fantastic. There's a large sunken bar about 3/4 mile east of the cabin that supported a diverse fish community. The cabin is so spacious with the massive game room attached. So many...

"What a beautiful place! Cabin was stunning and very well stocked. The grounds were very well kept and it was just a peaceful place to be in the present. "Coming from the Twin Cities, this was a very pleasant four hour drive north into a wonderfully secluded lakeside cabin resort. While we didn't fish (it seems perfect for it), we did enjoy our time fixing a few slow meals in the cabin, getting out on the lake, watching the stars at night, and checking out a few nearby spots, like the county fair (that just happened to be perfectly timed with our trip) and bars/restaurants. Really beautiful land up by Northome, and recommend the stay for the area!"

"The condos are always a great space for all our family members to get together comfortably and have a nice relaxing time! Love how clean the place is, and the host was a huge help with any of my questions! I look forward to going back next year! "

"This was our 2nd stay and this is one of our absolute favorite rentals! This is the perfect location to relax and enjoy a quiet lake while still being minutes away from a grocery store! Our pups got to swim almost every day and there were plenty of paddleboards for the humans as well. The cabin sleeps so many people without feeling cramped but it also feels cozy with just two. You can sit on the dock and watch the fish, the water is crystal clear! There really isn't anything bad to say about...

"The property was well maintained and easy to use for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed pots/pans/dishes/utensils. We really enjoyed the fireplace. The listing wasn’t completely clear that the property was a part of a larger condo building with other guests staying right next door and there were a lot of flies and beetles on the floors and walls. "
