"Tesis görsel olarak çok güzel ancak iletişim kısmında ciddi sıkıntılar vardı. Girişte karşılama/bilgilendirme yoktu. SPA kullanımına dair hamam ve sauna için rezervasyon yaptırmamız gerektiği söylenmedi ve rezerve edildiği için bu imkanlardan doğru düzgün faydalanamadık ki tesisi seçme sebebimizdi. ..."
