"What a wonderful little cottage. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location in the historical district, the Jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance"

"We had a great time at the Rosemont. The Tree Top Cottage was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast served by our host was fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed strolling around the Quapaw Historic district and looking at the beautiful, old turn of the century homes. The SoMa area is an easy walk and has plenty of shops, restaurants and night life. We took our dog to the Bark Bar that was only a few blocks away and he had a great time there. "What an adorable cottage! This was perfect for our quick overnight in Little Rock. The yard was great for our doggie and the bed was really comfortable! The parking spot right out front was very convenient and we felt safe in the neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!"

"This house was perfect for me and my teenage daughter and her friend who came to town for the Jason Aldean concert. It was cute, clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for the night. It’s also in a nice neighborhood and located close to restaurants, shopping and just a short drive to Simmons Bank arena. I definitely recommend this house! "
