"Beautiful location, right across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants. Staff was super friendly. Very accommodating and helpful. The only downside is that parking is a bit limited and spaces are small, but we did manage to find a spot anytime we needed one."

"One of my favorite places to stay! A little drive from the Airport but close to a local general store in Makawao. The hibiscus room is a private room facing the mountain and is absolutely peaceful. Everything needed to cook is readily available and the restroom/shower facilities are clean and available inside the lodge. Plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy the property; including hot tub, ping-pong, Cornhole and fire pit. The owners and staff are very friendly and make sure you are taken...

"Howzit was a great experience, the hostel was cleaned almost daily from what I noticed, never had many issues with waiting for the amenities. Clean towels whenever you need. Kitchen is updated and clean! The staff make it a very chill vibe. I ended up renting a car as their transportation can fill up quick and is a hot ride; I then tagged along on the daily tours. Location can be sketchy at night but never had any issues. Overall I recommend and would return."
