"We enjoyed our stay, overall. There was a mixup in the beginning and we had to stay in two single rooms for the first two nights but the situation was handled well. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a small town and not near many food or grocery stores. "This was a very nice hotel well kept updated. And they had air conditioning it was unseasonably warm in Germany and they don't have AC over there it's not needed normally. Novotel does have AC. It's also close to a brewery the oldest one in the world which also has a restaurant which was very good"

"This is a fairly new hotel. I love IHG because I always know what to expect when I stay there. The room was new, clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. They helped us get our passports downloaded for checking in with our airlines. We came by bus and it was a 3 block walk which wasn't bad at all. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! We would stay again!"

It’s conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service starting at 4:00 a.m. for a reasonable price—€10 per person or €30 for a family. "Property is close to the airport and a shuttle picked us up and dropped us. Only downside is they charge for the shuttle per person to go back to the airport. The rooms are very small but for one night we made it work. The staff was helpful to find late night food options as we arrived late."
