"Tucked away in a quiet residential area. Rooms were clean and kitchenette was well equipped. Private parking spot in the driveway next to the cottage was a bonus. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay was incredible, with all of the amenities exceeding our expectations! The pool was bigger and more well heated than expected, and the ample pool floatie options were a great touch. Dave was a fantastic, responsive, and accommodating host. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"Beautiful cottage. Clean and lots of natural light with a water front decor. The outdoor shower is incredible and the outdoor seating is large and soothing. Waterfront location key. The master bedroom, closet and bath were luxurious. Two other bedrooms a bit small for large boys but they fit. Great time. Close to Hamptons and boat rentals. "

"The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There are 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is very spacious and allowed several people quiet places to work from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. The house also is fully stocked with everything from towels to toys for toddles and games to play in the evening. Not only is the listing 100% accurate in terms of its fantastic location, but the owner has made everything super easy and really goes out of their way to ensure true relaxation.
