"Door locks were old and tired, so the keys didn’t fit. We had to try about 20 times to unlock the door each time we tried to enter the room. If a serial killer was racing across the parking lot to get us, we would be goners. Staff was aware of the problem and blamed the guests and staff for slamming the doors."

"Clean rooms, comfortable beds, new carpet and furniture. Clean pool and hot tub, bar and an attached restaurant. I stay here every time I’m in Laramie."

"The property is new. It’s well maintained around the premises, lobby area, dining. The room had a fridge and microwave. We stayed one night as planned and checked out, then checked back in due to winder highway closure. The bathroom in both rooms were not the cleanest. Especially visible were showers, pinkish residue all around the bottom shower pen/ tub. Breakfasts were consistently good. Special thanks to the young lady responsible for it. The scramble and the omelettes were cooked well done...

"There is no elevator at this motel. They wanted to put us on the 2nd floor. We are 69 and 72 years old with bad knees. There is no way we could take our luggage up to the 2nd floor. So they put us in a 1st floor room that was not what we wanted. The staff was constantly telling us they wanted a good review and that they were giving an upgrade for free, but I would have rather have had the room that I booked. I will not stay here again."

"I would stay here again! Room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast had a great variety of choices. The only minor issue we had was when some family was going to meet us at our room and the desk person was a little rude and said they had to call the room “for security”. This was our third day there and the first time that happened. Otherwise, great stay!"

"This place was VERY nice. Newly remodeled. A real unique set up. Never physically saw a staff person…all contact was by desk phone. However, he was friendly, engaging and helpful. Place was quiet and affordable. Would stay again. The amenities only received a 4 because there was no hair dryer or hair conditioner. I had my own so it was no big deal, but could be an issue for someone else depending on both items."

"Cold shower; worn furnishings, rugs, draperies; boarded up window, holes in towels and the list goes on. Fortunately, we were able to secure another lodging for our second night."

"Didn’t like anything about the place. Don’t feel Expedia has an accurate/fair assessment of the site. Beds looked like they were made up by a 3 year old-blanket/sheets dragging on the floor. No refrigerator or microwave in room and staff looked like they came from a half way house. Overall the place inside and out looked more like a meth/flop house. A/C smelled like old stale cigarette smoke. Unkept and dirty. Decided not to worry about losing the money we lost on room."
