"Great parts.1. Full stocked2. Great location3. Quaint and cozy4. Very good customer service( they didn't leave the beach pass but did a great job sending a pic and communicating) Bad parts1. Great yard but it was not mowed2. No grill ( they do have a charcoal grill they said but who want to deal with that for 3 days. Get a gas grill please)3. Lights upstairs were on different switches and you could nor turn the light off and keep the fan on."

"We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!"

"Salt Eire was a lovely, cozy home. The beach views were phenomenal. The gas fireplace was perfect for a winter visit! The hosts supplied everything we could possibly need. It was a wonderful weekend getaway. "

"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. "We rented this house to stay the weekend of our wedding with some friends and it was spectacular. The property was perfect for my bridesmaids to get ready and was an ideal location for bridal party photos. Scott was an incredible host, very responsive and wonderful to work with. House was immaculate and very well equipped. I cannot give him a high enough recommendation "

"The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen. Also I opted for late check out (2pm) and was able to pay for it through the app. But the cleaning crew came at 12 and said they had...

"My husband and I booked a long weekend here after the Labor Day holiday to ride our bikes and visit the beach. We were conveniently located to several trails and Sandy Neck Beach. This newly renovated garage had all the comforts of home, was nicely decorated, and perfect for us. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for a small dehumidifier to be added inside as it felt slightly damp each morning. We would recommend this rental property and would not hesitate to return."

"This house was perfect for us. Grateful that Bill was able to accommodate us. It’s the perfect location in Oak Bluffs, a quick walk to Tony’s and a nice walk to the harbor. The rooms are spacious and with a little coordination the one bathroom was not a problem. The outside shower was a plus. The portable air conditioning kept the living room cool as a gathering spot. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again. "
