Charming authentic traditional farmhouse of character from the 19th century, carefully restored, nestled in the peace and quiet of a picturesque rural hamlet, perched on a "balcony" on a south-east facing hillside. Total tranquility in the heart of the rolling Matourine countryside, in the hollow of a preserved bucolic setting of wooded meadows, on the edge of a wild forest, on the first foothills of the gentle Saint-Cyr mountain (unique belvedere offering an exceptional panoramic view as far as Mont-Blanc on a clear day!), close to the many amenities of the charming village of Matour, labeled "Green Holiday Resort" (a renowned ecotourism label dedicated to "nature" destinations). Spacious, very comfortable gîte. Large living room with very beautiful volume. Atypical architecture in the spirit of a "loft in the countryside" (including "cabin" rooms on the "second day"). Warm country & mountain character with contemporary accents enhanced by the original beams & framework. Elegant & opulent atmosphere. Lots of charm. Cozy & cozy. Sheltered balcony-terrace completed by a pleasant enclosed, lawned & planted garden, sheltering a swing & a gravel terrace (with summer kitchen a stone's throw away). Sejour agréable malgré le manque de finitions au point de vue du ménage. Balustrade du balcon pleine de toiles d'araignées Salon de jardin.
