"Communication could not have been better. Ron is a super host! We enjoyed the location, and the cleanliness of the unit was outstanding. We enjoyed using the kayaks in the canal and sipping our morning coffee on the back porch while the sun came up. We hope to return soon for a longer stay! "

"Absolutely perfect! We had 2 boats that fit perfectly at the dock which is right out the back door. Theres even a fish cleaing station. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. Its close to some great local shops and not too far from the grocery store. We had an awesome family fishing weekend and hope to come back again!"

"Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. "

The host was very responsive and the home was clean, although an older building. Neighborhood was quiet at night, with the backyard being next to a golf course.
