"I highly recommend this property. From the time you step in the island every experience is curated with the enjoyment and satisfaction of the guests. The hotel staff from the GM to the groundskeeper is super gracious and nice showcasing Filipino hospitality at its best. The only downside is the availability of flights to get to Pangalusian. The flights are very expensive and not reliable. I wish there was another way to get there. I would come back to Pangalusian despite the flight hurdles."

"We loved our stay at Lawka! The location in Lio was great and being in the Kayle Artisano complex gave us access to some fun shops and restaurants. The room was very accommodating and modern. The staff was helpful and having a scooter included with the room is a huge plus. Also a huge shoutout to the Lawka coffee shop. "The Garden Villa was spacious, beautiful, clean and private. Mosquito repellant was burning when we arrived and the villa was well stocked with all amenities needed for our stay. "It wasn't an issue about the room being clean, it was an issue about the elevator smelling like mold, and the room smelling like mold. They really need to turn the fans on and air out the rooms before people arrive. We had five people total, and three of them got a headache from the mold. This is not a healthy living environment. Nonetheless, at no fault to the staff, it was a decent stay with great beds, but that mold really needs to be remediated."

"The location was great. However they double booked our room! We reserved the pyramid, and 30 min away from the property I get a phone call saying that my room was not avaliable. They upgraded to a villa for the 1st night which was excellent but the next two days we got stuck with an apartment which was really nothing special. The whole Idea for staying here was for a new experience, so ending up in an apartment was very disappointing. "
