I was surprised that check-in was through a window with bulletproof glass, and I think that’s somewhat reflective of the neighborhood. It’s not really a bad neighborhood, but they obviously don’t think they can let people in. I arrived about 10 PM so maybe the lobby would’ve been open earlier in the day.
