Beautiful spot in Toscane

It is well worth the steepy road to this beautiful location. Claudia is very correct and always open for help and suggestions picked us up at the spot I knew from the info before. We followed her to the house. It has a lot of character and everything you need is there. Claudia explained everything to us and was always stand by for help. Thank you so much. You can use the garden, where you can sit, then it is very cosy. When you stand and also from the small bedroom you have a beautiful view over Viareggio. There are a lot of things to do in this environment, all within one hour drive. Cities, culture, beaches and nature. We had a great stay.

Lovely apartment, very close to the nature

We enjoyed our stay in this typical tuscan house. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped very well! Having Claudia as our host was our personal highlight as she was very friendly and absolutely helpful. She advised us with all our needs like finding good Restaurants, sightseeing Spots or finding the right path during our hiking tour 😃 we can recommend this appartment to everyone who wants to live very close to the nature of the Tuscan Alps.

ruhige Ferienwohnung in einem Park

Schöner kleiner Garten mit Liegestühlen und Sitzgelegenheit. Hier haben wir 2 Wochen gefrühstückt mit Blick aufs Meer und Viareggio. Das Grundstück ist abgelegen in einem Park, und kann nur über eine schmale Straße erreicht werden. Der nä Bäcker ist ca 1,5 km entfernt. Claudia ist eine liebenswerte Person, die immer für einen da ist und gerne weiter hilft. Egal ob Tipps für Strände, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurantempfehlungen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Wonderful Vacation...

We were Claudia's guests for the first time and had the upper apartment. The two gardens and entrances are designed in such a way that you hardly notice anything from other guests and are very much to yourself. The apartment is absolutely top equipped. Claudia is a very warm-hearted, great and extremely caring host. The service and all communication were first class from the first to the last minute. We were so enthusiastic that we booked for next year while we were still on vacation. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded. We thank Claudia so much for this wonderful vacation and are already counting the days until the next time...

Lovely stay

We had a very pleasant stay together with our Boxers. The house was perfect and very well equipped eveything you could need was there. We enjoyed the location on the hill in the greenery with seaview, so lovely. Claudia the host was so very nice and did everthing she could to make it us so comfortable as possible. We can recommand this house for a pleasant and quiet stay with all needed comfort.

perfect holiday

We had a wonderful time here! The appartment, the garden, the pool - everything was absolutely spotless upon arrival. It has everything one could possibly need, including two very cozy bedrooms with enough room for four adults. Claudia takes very good care of the pool, so it was always clean and refreshing during our stay. She is the perfect host, looking after her guests, always willing to help and answer any questions. She knows the area very well of course and if she can't provide a solution, she finds someone in the community to help out, for example when it came to finding MTB routes or supply in our case. All in all a very relaxing holiday in a region that offers something for everyone: culture, beaches, mountains for hiking and biking, vineyards.... we can definitely recommend it!

la proprietaria è molto gentile e consiglia bene, per qualche problema provvisorio la pulizia non era ottima, curerei un po' di più il verde. La piscina e la posizione della casa di sicuro sono la parte positiva del soggiorno.

Originell und künstlerisch gestaltete Wohnung mit allem notwendigem Komfort. Schöner kleiner Garten mit Gelegenheit zum Schwimmen und Liegestühlen. Gut erreichbar über eine kleine gut asphaltierte Straße. Schöner Blick auf das Meer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und herzlich und um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bemüht. Wir haben sehr schöne, erholsame Tage gehabt.

Very nice Place

Wir durften 4 Wochen lang im Januar die Toskana geniessen. Die Ferienwohnung war perfect , eine sehr schöne Location, es fehlt einem an Nichts...herrlicher Ausblick mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Claudia ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung in schöner ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, von Spülmaschinentabs über Kaffeemaschine und Toaster...alles da. Es gibt entlang der Küste viele Mücken, aber Mückengitter vor einem Schlafzimmer- und Badezimmerfenster und in allen Räumen Anti-Mücken-Geräte. Pool in top Zustand. Die Vermieterin Claudia ist sehr hilfsbereit! Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht.

Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen!

Hier können Sie die Toskana spüren! Inmitten der hügeligen Landschaft oberhalb von Piano di Mommio finden Sie nach einer kurzen, steilen Anfahrt diesen wunderschönen Platz. Wir waren im Appartement Viola und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Umgeben von Olivenhainen bietet dieser Platz viel Ruhe und vor allem beste Urlaubsstimmung. Vermieterin Claudia ist eine äußerst liebenswerte Person, immer für einen da und mit vielen wertvollen Tipps (Strände, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Restaurantempfehlungen, etc.) eine große Hilfe für die perfekte Urlaubsplanung. Das Appartement besticht durch viele alte Möbelstücke und bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen, die Betten waren wunderbar. Das Highlight ist ganz bestimmt der außergewöhnliche Garten welcher viel Platz und Ruhe bietet. Der kleine Salzwasserpool ist sauber, unser 6jähriges Kind hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Da es in dieser Gegend (Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi) sehr viele Privatstrände gibt dürfen wir an dieser Stelle zwei free beaches wärmstens empfehlen. Der free beach in Viareggio sowie der free beach in Forte dei Marmi waren unsere Lieblingsstrände. Pisa und Lucca sind nur eine halbe Autostunde vom Appartement entfernt, ein Besuch in diesen beiden Städten ist beinahe Pflicht. Vor allem Lucca sprüht vor Geschichte und Kultur (Heimatstadt von Giacomo Puccini). Fazit: ein perfekter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Ambiente mit einer wunderbaren Vermieterin.

Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub! Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!

Wir haben den Urlaub in Viola sehr genossen. Eine schöne, geräumige Wohnung voller alter Möbelstücke und Bilder. Der Garten ist wunderschön und bietet immer viel Schatten und Ruhe, da keiner in den Garten reinblicken kann. Den Pool haben wir richtig genossen, sehr sauber und groß genug für vier Personen. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu sehen, wir waren in vielen Städten, bei den Wasserfällen und in den Bergen. Im Sommer findet in der Nähe jede Menge open Air Musikfestivals für jeden Geschmack statt. Puccini Opernfestival ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, Kinder unter 18 kostenlos! Generell bietet die Region sehr viel Kultur an. Wir waren in der Oper und in Pietrosanto bei einem klassischen Konzert und unsere beiden Mädchen waren begeistert! Das Essen ist unbeschreiblich lecker und sehr günstig. Ursprünglich wollten wir uns selbst versorgen, aber es lohnte sich kaum. Es war das erste Mal, dass unseren Mädels im Auslandalles schmeckte! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut von Claudia. Sie war immer für uns da, egal um was es ging. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt, eine ganz tolle Frau! Man bekam viele Tipps von ihr, wir waren nicht vorbereitet und haben Dank ihr trotzdem sehr viel gesehen und erlebt. Wir hatten das Glück, einer italienischen Hausparty beizuwohnen, ein Erlebnis!!!! Viel Musik, Tanz, Spaß, Quatsch, leckeres Essen und ausgesprochen nette Leute. Italiener sprechen erstaunlich gut Englisch! Eine Sache hat uns leider nicht gefallen: die Strände. Man kann von der Wohnung aus zwar das Meer sehen, bis zum nächsten Strand sind es aber mindestens 25 min und es ist alles privat. Unzählige Reihen an Schirmen und Liegen, für uns abstoßend. Bis zum öffentlichen Strand muss man noch länger fahren und er ist schmutzig, besonders der Naturschutzgebiet drumherum. Der dünne Pfad, der zum Strand führt, gleicht einer Müllkippe. Der Sandstreifen unmittelbar am Meer war aber doch Recht sauber und es sind sehr wenige Leute dort, überwiegend Deutsche. Im Pool war es beinahe schöner. Wir haben uns in die Toskana und das Haus verliebt, nur unser Auto musste leiden, bei den Straßen:)

Wir verbrachten an Ostern 2018 eine schöne Woche in der Feriebwohnung oberhalb Piano di Mommio. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage an dem parkartigen, locker mit Villen und anderen Häusern bestandenen, sonnigen Hang. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus zu kleinen Wanderungen oder Touren mit dem Mountain-Bike starten, aus den angrenzenden Gärten und Olivenhainen ertönt im Frühjahr ein mannigfaltiges Vogelgezwitschere u.a. mit Wiedehopf und Wendehals. Günstig ist auch die Lage für Ausflüge mit dem Auto ans Meer, in die Apuanischen Alpen oder interessante Städte wie Pisa, Lucca oder Pietrasanta mit Fahrtzeiten von 20-40 min. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist die Vermieterin Claudia, die auch gute Tips für Ausflüge parat hat. Die Wohnung ist preiswert und mit den wichtigsten Dingen inklusive W-LAN, Fernseher und Spülmaschine ausgestattet, auf den Liegestühlen im kleinen, zugehörigen Garten kann man unter schönen Olivenbäumen auch mal genüsslich chillen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Doppelbetten mit 160 cm bzw. 140 cm Breite und wie für viele Häuser im Mittelmeergebiet üblich, dichten einzelne Fenster und Türen nicht so richtig ab. Empfindliche Menschen könnten sich durch Geräusche aus den benachbarten Wohnungen gestört fühlen, da die Schallisolierung nicht dem neuesten Standard entspricht. Uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört. Insgesamt haben wir einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht und können diese weiterempfehlen. Andreas & Gabi
