The staff is very attentive and we enjoyed our stay greatly. The only down side was our first room wasn’t clean and had no hot water. We love going to Massanutten, but… don’t waste money on the water park until they’ve finished renovating. Full price for half a park… obviously the outdoor portion is closed this time of year, but half of the indoor slides were closed, hot tub was closed as well and the price was not reduced during ...
