"Even better than the pictures! Incredible attention to detail with the Hobbit theme. Great amenities and clear instructions for enjoying this unique place. The stairs were no problem for our crew, but might be for anyone with mobility issues or wandering little ones. Owner was prompt in responding to a few questions. A must for LOTR fans!"
