We really enjoyed our stay at the Mews Pool Villa. Having the heated (85’) was an added bonus. We had some relaxing days where we could just hang out an enjoy the area and it was a great location to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard for the day. Paul was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa was very clean, well appointed, comfortable, and situated in a lovely area. This being our first visit to Cape Cod we did not know much about the various areas and were pleased with our choice. The only concern we had was with the temperature regulation in the upstairs bedroom during our stay. It would get rather warm up there by evening. Overall, the villa felt like home and our time there was very relaxing which made for an exceptional vacation.

Wonderful week exploring Cape Cod

Had a wonderful stay, unit had everything we needed, clean and easy to access. Sunsets were spectacular just a short drive away. Only wish we could've enjoyed the pool.

The place was great. The 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms on separate floors was ideal for 2 couples. The pool was nice and warm even in late September. The villa was well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Nice stay but expensive

The property isn’t directly accessed from a driveway. You do have to climb stairs or carry cases across gravel. It’s a shame there wasn’t a welcome pack which we’ve had in other VRBO properties like some coffee or milk just to get you started. The television in the bedroom isn’t connected. We feel overall it’s a decent property but incredibly expensive when you include all the fees and taxes for what it offers.

The home was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the pool the first night. The light colored couch had a rickety arm when we arrived. It wasn’t a problem, just reporting. The 9:30AM checkout time was inconvenient when having to wash, dry and fold all towels.

Relaxing stay at this amazing property!

We had a great week at this amazing property and exploring Mashpee and surrounding areas. My 4 yo was obsessed with the pool, and it was so nice having it right there for dips pretty much every day and made it easy for us to relax without the pressure of doing too much. The remoteness of the property may be a negative for folks who prefer walkable vacations, but that's part of the allure of the Cape. We were able to check out the town beaches and ventured to the Cape Cod Children's Museum right down the road on a rainy day to get out some energy! The Popponesset Markerplace was truly a one stop shop and set off our week at the Cape with some live music while we grabbed some food & mini golf and ice cream later in the week. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful House!

Stayed here with my husband, brother and sister in law and it was the perfect size for us and the pool was wonderful. The 4 is only because it’s a little secluded, which is both a plus and a minus (should be a 4.5). Ai would 100% recommend this house to anyone and would for sure stay here again. Thank you, Paul!

Family Trip

Loved this property and the area. We had stayed in New Seabury for the first time last year in a different area and loved it. This year, we were looking for a larger home with a pool for our family and the property was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Also the property and area was very quiet and convenient. Beautiful house

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for our anniversary. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed swimming in the pool in the afternoons. The house was very clean, well equipped, and has a gas grill, which was perfect for cooking out in the evenings. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, great for walks, and located near shopping, golf, and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property.
