Designer Home in Mashpee with central A/C

This beautifully redesigned house is on a quiet cul-de-sac located close to the beach and near Mashpee Commons. Ponds, nature walks, marinas are all close by. Relax in the screened porch or grill on the deck after a relaxing day on the Cape. There is a huge, modern kitchen with granite counters, an eat-in counter and an inviting dining room, making entertainment easy and fun. The house has a new central AC/Gas heat system for your comfort. Relax in the family room, lounging on the sofa or rocking in the wicker chair, watching HDTV, connected by satellite channels and sound system, or surf the internet and send emails with WIFI service. There are hardwood floors on the entire first floor and soundproof carpet upstairs. The convenient and quiet master bedroom is on the first floor, with a Sleep Comfort bed (what's your number?) and its own private, tile floored, marble vanity bathroom. A convenient half bathroom for visitors featuring an ecologically friendly toilet! Upstairs, there are two huge bedrooms, each with its own window seat looking out the dormers the quiet street. Linens and towels are provided. This house is located in Seabrook Village, a well maintained and manicured neighborhood with lots of places to walk or ride. One block away are two connected ponds teeming with fish. South Cape Beach, with a view over Nantucket Sound all the way to Martha's Vineyard is a short 5 minute drive. Mashpee Commons, a destination shopping center, with movie theaters, is also a short 5 minute drive. Mashpee is located between Falmouth and Hyannis, convenient to both Cape bridges.

September on the Cape

I stayed here with my family while attending a wedding at the nearby country club. The home was very clean and comfortable; it has an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time here!

Great property

The house was fantastic and perfect for our stay. It was beautifully decorated and everything we needed was provided. It was very clean except for the two small pieces of broken glass in the kitchen that were missed by the cleaners. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The community is very quiet. Privacy abounds. The house was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. Comfortable mattresses and furnishings. Plenty of restaurants within a mile or 2. Andy is easy to work with.

What a great, well stocked house! We spent July 4th week and we had everything we needed to prepare meals, plenty of chairs and towels for the short drive to the beach and even good amounts of paper products, detergent etc..to get us started. Andy was a very responsive owner and easy to work with! Thanks for having us!

Girls trip

Great location close to Mashpee commons with a great summer Sunday market. Close to Ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket and local towns. Huge space for a girls trip or large families. Clean and great water pressure. Backyard screened porch and Outdoor area was not cleaned or inviting but the cape has so much to offer wasn’t needed. Would use this as a base area again in a nice quiet community.

Perfect accommodations

We had a great time on Cape Cod for a family wedding. Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the property. The kitchen had everything imaginable for cooking breakfast and the occasional dinner. The house is in an ideal location to access any amenity. We are already planning a return trip next year and hope to book this great property again!

Relaxing family stay on the cape

The home was immaculate and perfect for our family of 5 to relax and enjoy our stay in the cape. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping, beaches and dining. We had plenty of space to eat, sleep and relax when we were not out and about. The house was equipped with modern amenities, plenty of towels and the owners were very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. We would recommend this house!

Fantastic Home

Our daughter was getting married at the Popponesset Inn. This house was about ten minutes from our event, It is very close to Mashpee commons and very centrally located. It ia an amazing Cape with a beach Cape theme inside. It has just about everything you need and then some for comfort and supplies.So spacious and so clean.The owner Andy was easy to work with! would defiantly rent again. It also is very close to South Cape Beach , one of our favorite beaches.Thank you Andy .

Perfect & Cozy

Andy’s house fit our needs perfectly. Anything you’d need to make a meal was provided in the kitchen (which seemed brand new and was so beautiful). The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We traveled with our 3 teenagers and there was plenty of space for all of us. The washer and dryer was also a huge bonus! Andy was quick to respond when we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever made our way back to Cape Cod!

Very nice house

House was very clean and well located, kitchen very well equipped, missing a decent kitchen knife… but my biggest problem was that they said that the master had a queen bed and this is not true, it has a full size bed, my husband is a big person and we didn’t fit in the bed so I had to sleep on the second floor with the kids which was not nice.

My family enjoyed staying at this property. It was a short drive to restaurants, the grocery store and the beach. The house was clean and stocked with the essentials.

Clean, quiet and well-laid out.

This house is very nice if you are looking for a quiet, suburban-type place. Upsides: clean with a great kitchen/dining room set up. Downsides: Maybe too quiet...you have to drive a few miles to do/get anything. Also, the house was PITCH BLACK when we arrived after sunset. Would have been nice to have an outside light on a timer, or a few solar-powered lamps to shed enough light to make it easier to find the keys and open the door.
