With a relaxing quiet location and convenient proximity to beaches, this 3BR/2 BA home is the Cape Cod escape you’ve been seeking. Santuit Pond nearby will give you access to trails. Mashpee Pond beach is less than 2 miles away and it has picnic areas and playgrounds. In the evenings, gather around for a barbeque and enjoy the firepit. Enjoy easy access to The Mashpee Commons as well as beaches on the Atlantic and Cape Cod Bay. Less than 2 miles from Mashpee Pond Beaches.

Two floors of inviting living space promote group fun and quiet privacy. Highlights include comfy furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen, and an inviting sunken living room.

LIVING AREA
Large windows fill the main living area with warm Cape sunshine.
Stream new movies,favorite shows on the smart TV and cable.
There is an office desk with a chair for those who need to work remotely.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets.
When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table in the dining area.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms.
Sleep soundly on a king-size bed with hotel-quality linens in the master bedroom (second floor). Large windows deliver natural light and serene views of the surrounding beauty. This has a walk in closet, own bathroom and smart tv/cable.
The second bedroom (first floor) holds a queen-size bed with a smart tv/cable.
The third bedroom (first floor) includes two twin-size beds with a smart tv. The second and third bedroom would share the bathroom in the hallway.
A half bathroom provides additional convenience in the basement. The washer and dryer are also located in the basement.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The patio will be the focus for the BBQ. Prepare tasty meals on the gas grill and dine at the table for six. Enjoy smores around the firepit. There is a walking trail in the neighborhood that follows the pond.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary fast Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for four cars in the driveway.

THE LOCATION
The house is a few minutes walk to Santuit Pond where trails are located. The Mashpee pond beaches are within 5 minute drive - swimming, fishing, playground and picnic areas.
When you’re ready for a day on the ocean beach, drive 8 miles to Craigville Beach or South Cape Beach on the Nantucket Sound side and 9 miles to Sandy Neck on the Cape Cod Bay side.
Discover upscale shopping and dining at the Mashpee Commons, just 4 miles from home.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate being just 6 miles from the Mashpee Wildlife Refuge. Golfers will want to play 18 holes at the Sandwich Hollows Golf Club, 7 miles away.

Linens are provided as well as towels and beach towels but of course feel free to bring your own.

There are no pets allowed, and we require a 25 years old minimum of renter and refundable damage deposit of $500. The cleaning fee is $280.

Wonderful home for vacation!

Our family enjoyed staying at this home. The house was neat, tidy and clean! The home owner was responsive with quick communications and the home had many essentials needed for our stay. We also enjoyed the outside deck, grill and fire pit. The additional beach items (beach chairs and beach towels) were also available for our use. We are looking forward to returning for another vacation!

We had an amazing weekend at this property. The house was exactly what we needed. The photos don’t fully depict how spotless and well maintained the house is. Everything we needed was available for us to use. Highly recommend this property which is conveniently located and a short drive to tourist locations ,shopping and restaurants.

Lovely Property

Impressive level of comfort and convenience in this polished and updated home!. Beautiful yard and landscaping, deep cozy couch in the sunken living room, up-to-the-minute appliances in the well-equipped kitchen, large dining table and cozy window seat, nautical touches and beautiful detail throughout. Three bedrooms (each with its own flat screen TV) and two baths make it a great place for a family stay on the Upper Cape. Activities for our 4 year old included beach, mini-golf, hikes, English tea house in Sandwich, puppet show and crafts at the Mashpee library, a trip to the carousel in Falmouth, etc., etc. Great fun!

The Best Spot In Mashpee!!!

We went on a family road trip this summer and stayed in 5 different rentals. This was by far one of the best properties I’ve stayed in, not only this road trip, but any trip. Incredible host, amazing neighborhood, and a beautiful home. We are so grateful our family had the opportunity to stay here. We will only stay here if in the area and will highly recommend to anyone considering!

Girls Weekend

This home was amazing! Perfect for a girls weekend of 4. The home was tastefully decorated, and had all the things needed for a beach weekend. The house was clean and the host was extremely responsive. The outdoor shower had not been turned on and the ice dispenser on the refrigerator was not working, but the host was responsive to our messages and we worked through it WITHOUT any issue. The welcome book was perfect and a very nice touch!! THANK YOU! Would book again.

Even better than expected!

We knew this was the spot for us as soon as we found the listing, but when we arrived it was even better than expected. The house was very clean and located in a great little neighborhood with easy access to everything we wanted to do on the Cape! Communications with Maria were excellent and the welcome binder included all the info we could have needed and more.

Great home away from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The owner has thought of everything, right down to the salt and pepper shakers! It's exceptionally clean, well appointed, and has a great location. We met some of the locals on walks through the development, and everyone was friendly. There is a lot to do on Cape Cod, but for the days we decided to stay "home" there were puzzles and games and outside seating and really everything you could want! Communication with the owner was timely, and there was a very informative notebook that outlined all the important information. Other VRBO owners should take a lesson from this one... we would stay again in a heartbeat, no questions asked.

Cape Cod Family Visit

What a great place to stay with our family of 6 adults. House was clean and well maintained with a great layout. Short drive to multiple beaches and an awesome ice cream shop (The Polar Cave). The beach chairs and umbrellas provided by owner worked out perfect. Awesome firepit with Adirondack chairs which we were too busy to use. Table in dining room sat 10 easily when hosting family for dinner. Kithchen had everything we needed. Maria was an excellent host. We will definitely stay here again.

Great getaway!

We loved staying at this beautiful home! The open kitchen & dining room combination worked out great. We also really enjoyed the relaxed & comfortable living room, outside deck & patio. My husband & 15 year son enjoyed fishing in the nearby ponds & my 13 year old son & I loved exploring the shining sea bikeway just a short drive away in Falmouth. Communication with the owner was fantastic & I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you Maria!
