"Good location close the Airport"

"Klimaanlage im Zimmer lässt sich nicht bedienen (Klima wird zentral gesteuert). Raumtemperatur war 26 Grad. Front Desk sagt „ist halt so und ist ein generelles Problem bei Premier Inn“. Anfrage bei Front Desk Fenster zu entsperren, damit Fenster aufgemacht werden kann: „Ich habe keinen Schlüssel zum Entsperren“. Front Desk sei Zeitarbeit und daher „kann man da nichts machen“. Unterkunft gibt an klimatisierte Zimmer zu haben. Allerdings war im Zimmer kein Luftaustausch. (AC off). Zimmer bei 26...

"I have traveled though the HAM airport for over 30 years, frequently staying at the Radisson Blu, Hamburg Airport hotel. Over the years, I have enjoyed the crisp, clear, effective German, front desk staff, solidifying my stay in Germany. This time was very different. The German front desk staff had been replace by a middle eastern man and woman couple, that were clueless! First, they seemed to have some "interpersonal game" going on, that I had to ask them to stop. Second, she could not find...

"The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely--clean and beautiful. I absolutely would stay there again. My only hesitation to give five stars was that our room was up stairs not completely accessed by the elevator, which was difficult for us on account of our heavy bags. (We're not spring chickens!) Also, because the air conditioning was not working well, they added a portable air conditioner (which we did appreciate) which required that a window be left open for the exhaust hose....

"Sehr tolles Hotel in perfekter (ruhiger) Lage. 2 Min Fußweg bis zur U-Bahn Station St. Pauli und eine Seitenstraße von der Reeperbahn entfernt. Wir hatten das erste Mal ein Premium Zimmer, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstück hält für jeden etwas bereit und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Hamburg-Aufenthalt definitiv wieder buchen"

"I did feel an issue in that the reception was only maned a few hours a day. If you had a small question you had to March over to the sister Hotel down the road.. On a positive note otherwise the Hotel was excellent and I would recommend it"

"A staff member at the front desk ordered a cab for me, but didn't tell me where to wait. They didn't think of mentioning that important detail. The building's main entrance is at the back, but isn't labeled. The cab driver and I waited 15 minutes for each other. This is advice to the staff. Otherwise I loved the place."

"Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Ausblick haben möchte, sollte man es vor der Reservierung angeben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war großartig! Die Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Hotel waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Empfehlung bei geschlossenem Restaurant: Vietnamese ums Eck - ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß."
