"The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. "Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. The only reason we would not stay here again was the bathroom design in the rooms. The toilet does not have a full door and the bathroom area does not have a door at all, and even...
