This peaceful house boasts 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 full over twin bunkbeds and is perfect for families or groups of friends. With amenities like a fully stocked kitchen (including air fryer, blender, toaster, microwave, and stainless steel appliances), smart TV's in all bedrooms, fire pit and gas grill, and plenty of space to park behind the house with a covered carport, guests will feel comfortable and relaxed. You will also enjoy a coffee bar that includes dual pot/kcup, an espresso machine, as well as a French press. Also available is an electric kettle for tea or hot chocolate.
Foothills Farm is ideally located close to the McGhee Tyson airport, the Tail of the Dragon and the Great Smoky Mountains. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

We had such a lovely time staying at this charming farmhouse. The home is spacious, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully set up for extended family gatherings. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax, but also great spaces to come together, especially the fantastic game room, which kept everyone entertained.One of our favorite parts of the stay was sitting on the back porch each morning with coffee and taking in the beautiful view. The kitchen had an abundance of storage and was incredibly well stocked with dishes, utensils, and serving pieces, which made preparing and enjoying meals together easy and fun.The home worked perfectly for our group spending a week together, and there was more than enough space. Every little detail had been thought through. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, inviting space to share with family or friends.

We loved staying at this beautiful house!

We appreciated so many things about this house, including it being in the foothills, the spacious porches, (one having a large, restful swing), the large fenced in front yard where our kids and dog could play, the older style, the decor, the game room, the coffee bar, and the large amount of space. The host was great with communication and accommodating, as well. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!
