"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"The first room smelled awful, like mold or bad sewerage. We were quickly given a non-smelling room that had much more sunlight. The room sizes are very small. The bathroom was nice. No amenities like a room fridge or blow dryer."

"Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside."

"Its in a really scary part of town, also my dog was sick so we didn't actually check in and I couldn't get a credit to stay at another Tru by Hilton which sucks because I'm traveling 1500mikes and will be frequently stopping!!"

Also, a big shout out to the housekeepers-the rooms and other spaces were spectacular!! Sadly it rained most of our trip and we could not enjoy the outdoor pool. The ducks did tho!"

"The staff was great and the room was a very nice size. We overlooked the ballpark and the room was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast wa sgood. HOWEVER... we arrived at 4:00 pm and were told that the garage was full and that we had to park somewhere else!! We were told that 97 people had already arrived. We found that to be ridiculously inconvenient. We had to drive to the nearby Hilton who could accommodate us but we had to schlep our luggage back. Very frustrating!!!"

"We do not recommend this hotel. The overall vibe is creepy meets dated meets dirty. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. We were given a new, larger room. But the bathroom in the second room had a terrible mildew smell. The wallpaper in the room was peeling and the furniture and bedding is extremely low quality/uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was not edible. The server was nice, but seemed apologetic about the quality of the food."

"The rooms were nice however there was issue with the plumbing on the floor we stayed on. The drain was clogged which caused the drain to back up while taking a shower,unsanitary to say the least. The room was pretty decent, but could have used some dusting and more care in the cleaning department. I will say the Staff was very professional and accommodating. The hotel did take some money off the stay due to the plumbing issue. The view was decent."
