The breakfast was decent (only complaint would be lack of knowledge regarding allergies in hot foods such as: do the sausages have wheat?). With that said, one of the kitchen staff members was awesome trying to find answers for us, unfortunately, all of the food packaging was thrown away so they had no ingredients lists. "Fire alarm went off at 2:00 am. Staff didn't provide any instruction or input to the situation. After the fire department arrived, the alarm was shut off . We were told that it was problem in the mechanical room. Hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for the situation. Having an important meeting the next day and being awaken in the middle of the night made the next day challenging. I would have thought the hotel would have comp'd breakfast or something. "This Fairfield Inn & Suites is ok. The shower takes a long time to deliver hot water, the breakfast is average, 1 of the 2 elevator was out of service, bathroom wall had paint and plaster marks on the wall. The bed was nice."
