"We chose this hotel over options closer to Times Square specifically because it advertised a pool for our kids. Unfortunately, at check-in we were informed that children are not allowed to use the pool after 12 PM. Had we known this in advance, we would have booked elsewhere, as the pool was one of the main reasons we selected this property. To make matters worse, we paid extra for a “River View” room. "Excellent hotel in a convenient Mid-Manhattan location. Times Square, the Empire State Building, and many other popular attractions are within easy walking distance. Penn Station is also nearby, making travel to and from JFK Airport by subway simple and convenient. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay.
