"Very big room so that’s ok but the quality overall was poor. No air conditioning so very hot, beds were a bit dirty, drain in bathroom was clogged and water spilled outside the doors (and it was very small). Wifi would glitch out.
Overall, not a good experience"

"Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte.
Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. Das trübt den ersten guten Endruck extrem.

"We stayed at the LYV on Karl Marx Strasse and I’d recommend it for people looking for apartment style accommodations in an area of Berlin that is pretty lively and has great access to the U-Bahn and the Ring-Bahn. There are lots of middle eastern restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby.
The street does have a lot of street noise but when the windows are closed there is no issue. The curtains are thick, blackout style curtains. We were in a 2-bedroom unit and it was pretty spacious. The...
