"The cottage was very clean upon arrival and you can tell they are meticulous with their maintenance of the property. Beds were all comfortable and bathroom was well stocked with towels & tp. Kitchen was also well stocked with anything and everything you’d need to cook a meal. Kayla was very responsive to any questions we had and reached out prior to check in and at check out as well. "The house was built in 1910, but has been recently updated. The rooms were average in size and were well-appointed, with great mattresses and plenty of pillows and blankets. The one room with the twin beds is small and is for younger children. My grandkids didn't mind. The only issue is the one bathroom for the 5 upstairs bedrooms. We worked it out as families do. Some adults used the shower in the master bedroom bathroom on the main floor, and the kids took baths in the main floor...

"We had a blast. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the docks, and kayaking in the bay. We visited the beaches at Fairhaven, Sodus Point and Port Bay. We loved the sunsets while having dinner around the firepit"

"We were in town for the weekend attending a family reunion in Sodus Point. The house was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Very nice amenities. Would definitely recommend it to others. "

"The house was very clean and the entry instructions were simple, it’s a great set up for an extended stay and it’s conveniently located between Oswego and Syracuse. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. If I get an opportunity to go back up there, I would certainly stay with them again."

"We had a Syracuse graduation and the stay was extremely comfortable. The driveway is a bit steep but it does fit 3 cars. Only drawback was that the shower was impossibly small. Otherwise, great place to stay. "

"Our stay here was perfect. Clean, cozy & in a great neighborhood. We loved that it's within walking distance to parks, Lake Ontario, & restaurants for interesting sightseeing & meals after a long day of fishing. "

"This is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the property is well kept with lots of floral flowers and unique shrubbery. The cottage is well kept clean with modern updates. The host is very accommodating with extra amenities and generous with extra supplies you may forget. The host is also diligent in making sure your stay is comfortable and reassuring that she is readaly available if you need her. 5 stars!"

"The house is lovely and brand new. We appreciated the owner accommodating us with an early checkin but we were disappointed with the additional fee tacked on to arrive 2 hours earlier. Like I mentioned earlier, the house is very nice overall and we were all comfortable. There is only one television however so keep it in mind if you’re bringing multiple people to stay. "
