"I used a new credit card to check in to the hotel (had never given the numbers to anyone before checking in). Not 12 hours after checking out there’s a fraudulent transaction on my card for a Spanish airline, (and I find it suspicious that the owner/employees were speaking Spanish while we were there). Very disappointing and untrustworthy, since I believe one of the employees used my card to book their friends or family a flight."

"We booked this for our mini honeymoon the three nights following our wedding (end of Sept) and were excited to stay in the King Suite. But ended up being quite disappointed. The room was very cold with no heat and the front desk person wasn't the nicest when we asked for extra blankets. We weren't expecting the red carpet but at least a "thanks so much for choosing to stay here for your honeymoon". Some of the staff were great but generally no one cared that we had chose Dalvay for our honeymoon...

"I was forced to leave the hotel after six nights. I felt quite at home. I would definitely come back. The tea is awesome. In the room, there were some minor flaws but the staff were overwhelming welcoming from day 1 to the end. It is a hotel I would recommend especially if you are looking for a jacuzzi. I love the fireplace as well. It would be perfect to have the jacuzzi face the TV but cant have everything."
