- Please note that the beach access ramp near 78 Foster Ave is seasonally closed and may not always be available.



- For the best access to Sunrise Beach, please walk to the stairs near 128 Foster Ave. The stairs are only about a 0.3-mile walk and provide access to the beach.



- During low tide, you can also walk along the coastline for several miles.



- For the ultimate view, climb to the home's private widow's walk. Accessible by ladder and requiring caution, it rewards adventurous guests with panoramic views stretching across the Atlantic and the South Shore. Watch lobster boats head out before sunrise, sailboats drift across the water throughout the day, and if you're lucky, you may even spot seals—or the occasional whale offshore.
