"This is a nice, clean home. It is as described and depicted on the site. It is a convenient location to the water park, casino, and the University. It is a nice property for extended families to stay. "

"Townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated on main floor. Listing showed master bedroom & bath on “primary floor”. All 3 bedrooms were upstairs. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs & had we known this we wouldn’t have rented. For us a big problem was no drawers to put clothes in. Had to use suitcases. Closets were big and wonderful but no shelving. Had no garage pickup for 2 weeks ( we were there 3 weeks). Owner said he would take care of but it wasn’t in a timely manner. Hopefully...

"This property has a homey atmosphere with excellent accommodations for larger family gatherings. It is in an excellent location close to shopping, dining and family activities like the waterpark and amusement park. The basement game room and hot tub were very popular with the grandchildren. We would happily come back again!"

"This is a fantastic place for a family getaway! The house is great, well appointed, and very well kept. The view overlooking the Cedar River is mesmerizing with lots of wildlife and gorgeous sunsets. Cedar Falls is about five minutes away with lots of great shops and a variety of places to eat. "

"The “Williams” Suite was the perfect place to rest and unwind while visiting family in the area! We had all the comforts of home in this spacious suite that overlooks the town square I wandered as a child! The location was perfect for visiting the surrounding towns of Iowa City, Amana, and Marion. We spent one morning learning about the town’s history at the museum just a couple of doors down. We also found my family in the history books Grayson includes in the suite. So fun to walk down...

"I came to town with a conference with some colleagues and we decided to stay here. We were impressed by the cleanliness, and all our needs (towels, shower gel, pots and pans, washer/dryer etc) were met. The beds were comfortable and it was great to sink into the couch and watch tv after a long day. Having two and a half bathrooms was a huge bonus for our group of five when we were getting ready in the morning. The location is great; it’s not too far off the highway, but also within a quiet...

"We came for the races at Knoxville and had a wonderful time. The access to the house was great. The cleanliness and everything about the property was comfortable and very enjoyable. The game room was a great time too. Wish we had time to utilize all the opportunities outside. When we come back to Knoxville we hope to rent again and stay longer. Thanks to the host for a wonderful home to share!"
