Most of the staff was friendly, except the lady who was there on our checking date.
She was not professional or nice. It is never good to just quote company policy in a rude manner.

"The staff was very welcoming. Olivia was great! The breakfast had a good choice of options. The hotel is old. Our room the fridge was very old. It looked dirty but it was just rusty. The beds were old as well. A bit of dirty spots that just wiped with my Lysol wipes bit over all good option. Good location."

"The hotel was nice. Check-in, our room, the pool, breakfast, and check-out was all ok. Nothing crazy… but the location is why I gave a low rating. Jantzen Beach used to be nice, but it went downhill fast! Across the street is a boarded up BK, next door is a dispensary, and there is a boarded up hotel across the freeway. Some of the restaurants in the shopping area are boarded up. We did do some shopping, but the majority of our actives were out of that neighborhood. I don’t think our family will...
