From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. While most team members primarily spoke French, we communicated just fine with our basic French and their limited English. Their warmth, friendliness, and willingness to help truly enhanced our stay.
We stayed in the beautiful “Chocolate Room.” It’s worth noting that the rooms can feel a bit cool at night, but the air conditioning easily warmed the space to a comfortable temperature. The hot-water boiler provided wonderfully hot showers—perfect after a day of exploring. One feature we particularly appreciated was that the room is located at the back of the riad and has no windows, creating complete darkness for a restful night’s sleep. It also includes a balcony, allowing us to open the door and let in natural light whenever we wish.
The rooftop terrace was another highlight. We spent several relaxing afternoons there, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the pleasant weather before heading out to explore Marrakech in the evenings.
Breakfast each morning was delightful—light yet satisfying, giving us just enough energy to start the day while still leaving room to sample the delicious local cuisine later on. We also found several lovely nearby restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall, our stay at Riad Eden Marrakech perfectly combined comfort, charm, and authenticity. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the true heart of Marrakech.
