"Hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly. We stayed in the Luxury 2 bedroom apartment with 5 adults. Plenty of room for all of us. The only consideration is the distance from the main hotel to the apartment and it’s on a curvy narrow road which is not too easy to walk on with traffic. May want to consider staying at the main hotel with elderly or young children."

"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

We were on 1st floor corner where we had a view over the restaurant and treeline. When asked if we could move up a higher floor the young woman at reception basically said no, they are expecting more guests in for the Italian holiday and the other rooms are booked. "We really enjoyed our stay at Domo20 Hotel & Sky Bar. Our room was clean and modern, and from the rooftop bar there was a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Our family enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the train station and even closer to the central piazza near restaurants. Definitely recommend."
