"Our family had the best time at Don’s lake house. The grounds are amazing with lakefront access. The fire pit and gazebo were big hits. Don was super communicative and answered any questions we had. There was plenty of room for our whole family and we can’t to return. "

"I spend the weekend with my mom, daughter and aunt. The house was very clean & comfortable. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He left us eggs, zucchini and samples of honey and syrup. Location was close to many activities. I would stay here again."

"The house was just as described on the listing. Very clean, beautifully situated right on the lake and stocked with everything you could need. Don was very easy to communicate with and had great suggestions regarding what to see in the area. Sunsets were beautiful and directly in front of the house as if they were choreographed! "This house was perfect for 2adults. The property is well maintained and has more amenities than we got around to using. Great nostalgic decor. Fully equipped kitchen with one appliance missing…a dishwasher. Otherwise a very cozy vacation!"

"The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe."

"We loved our studio — it was cozy, charming, and fit our needs perfectly. Frank went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and his hospitality really stood out. Everything was spotless and well-kept, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, the space felt welcoming, and little touches made it even more enjoyable.
